Available for new projects
A software studio building for clinics, restaurants and growing businesses across the UK, US and worldwide. Everything hand-coded, everything handed over in full.
Each one has its own page with scope, process and what it costs.
Websites, web apps and software currently in use by the businesses that paid for them.
Most small-business sites are a template carrying a page builder and fourteen plugins. Hand-written code has nothing in it that isn't doing a job.
98/100
Green is Google's “good” band. Every build has to clear all three before handover — and the report you get is run on your own domain, not on ours.
Half to start, half on launch. Everything else is quoted per project.

You see the actual work before any money changes hands.
Your current website, or just the business name. No forms, no call to book.
A working page on a live link with your business in it. Free, and yours to judge.
Straight back and forth until it's right. Walk away at any point, owing nothing.
Domain, hosting and every file in your own accounts. Nothing locked behind me.
No account manager, no ticket system, and no junior doing the actual work.
"You're not emailing an agency. Every website, web app and automation that leaves here is written by hand, by me — and I'm the one who answers when you reply."
There isn't one. Building the sample is a better use of both our time than a sales call — you judge the actual work instead of a portfolio of someone else's. If you don't like it you owe nothing and I don't chase you. The only limit is that I take on a few at a time.
Because I work from Multan, Pakistan, and my costs are a fraction of a studio renting an office in London or Chicago. The work is held to the same standard — you can see it on this page and in the sample I build you. I'd rather be straight about the reason than pretend it's some clever efficiency.
You do, completely. The domain is registered in your name, hosting is your account, and you get every file. No monthly fee holding the site hostage and nothing stopping you moving to another developer. That's deliberate.
No. I set both up in your own accounts and walk you through what you're paying for. Hosting for a site like this is usually $5–15 a month, paid directly to the host — I don't mark it up or resell it.
Sometimes, and I'll tell you honestly which it should be. If the bones are decent, fixing is cheaper and faster. If it's a page builder carrying twenty plugins, rebuilding is genuinely less work than untangling it.
I keep hours that overlap the UK morning and the US afternoon, and messages get a reply the same day regardless. Payment is by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer — half at the start, half on launch, invoiced both times.
Tell me what you need — a website, a web app, or an automation — and I'll build a working piece of it, free, within three days.
