You get both: the usable data separated out, and a plain summary of what was wrong so you know what your source is actually worth.
- Duplicates merged, not just flagged. Including the near-matches — same number in three formats, same business under two spellings.
- Invalid records removed. Numbers that can't exist for their country code, malformed emails, blank and placeholder rows.
- Formatting normalised. One consistent number format with proper country codes, names cased properly, columns actually aligned.
- Split by confidence. Definitely usable, probably usable, and junk — as separate files, so you spend your calling time on the first one.
- A report you can act on. How much was junk and where it came from. If a supplier sold you a bad list, this is the evidence.
- Your file is deleted afterwards. Held only as long as the audit takes, never resold, never merged into anything of mine.

It is stored on my own server only for as long as the audit takes, then deleted. It is never resold, never merged into a list of mine, and never shared with anyone. If you would rather it never touched a web server at all, send it on WhatsApp instead.
Yes, for one file. It is genuinely the fastest way to show you what the work is worth, and it costs me an hour. Ongoing or very large volumes are quoted per job, and you will know the number before anything is processed.
Structural validity yes — whether a number can exist for its country and carrier range. Whether a specific handset is switched on today is a different service with a per-lookup cost, and I will quote that separately rather than fold it in and inflate the price.
Yes, and those are usually the most revealing. If a broker sold you 50,000 rows and 20,000 are duplicates, the report is the evidence you need to go back to them. What I will not do is help use data in a way that breaks GDPR or the equivalent where you operate — cleaning a list does not make it lawful to contact.
