Outreach · quoted per campaign

Lists worth calling, and messages worth replying to.

Bought lists are stale, half wrong, and everyone else has already worked through them. A researched list of a few hundred genuinely relevant businesses outperforms ten thousand scraped rows every time.

What's included

Research first, outreach second.

The message matters less than who receives it. Most outreach fails because the list was wrong, not because the wording was.

  • A list built to your definition. Industry, size, location and whatever else actually signals a fit. Built for you, not pulled off a shelf someone else already worked through.
  • Verified contact details. Emails checked against live servers and numbers confirmed before delivery, so you are not paying for bounces.
  • The research that makes it personal. Something true and specific about each business, so the first line proves a human looked rather than a mail merge fired.
  • Messages written per segment. Dentists and law firms do not respond to the same opening. Segments get their own angle rather than one template with the name swapped.
  • Follow-up sequences that stop. Two or three follow-ups, spaced properly, ending automatically the moment someone replies or asks you to stop.
  • Deliverability handled. Domain authentication, sending warmed up gradually and volume kept sane — the difference between landing in an inbox and landing in spam.
  • Call scripts, if you are calling. An opening that survives the first ten seconds, and honest answers to the objections you will actually hear.
  • The data is yours. Delivered in a format you own and keep, whether or not we keep working together.
Why it matters

A bad list makes a good message look bad.

Volume is the easiest thing to increase and the fastest way to burn a sending domain. Precision is slower and it is the part that works.

  • Bought lists are resold repeatedly, so your prospects have seen the same approach many times already
  • High bounce rates damage your sending reputation, which quietly harms your normal email too
  • One specific, true sentence about their business beats any amount of clever templating
  • A few hundred well-researched prospects is a manageable pipeline; ten thousand is a mailing list
How it runs

Questions

The ones that come up every time.

Business-to-business outreach is generally permitted in both, with real conditions: honest sender details, a working opt-out, respecting do-not-call registers, and in the UK an easy objection route under GDPR. I follow those rather than push them, because a complaint costs more than the campaign earns. Consumer outreach is a different matter and I do not do it.

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Reply rates depend on your offer, your market and your price as much as on the outreach. What I will commit to is list quality, honest reporting, and telling you early if it is not working.

Yes — researched, verified lists on their own, priced by volume and how much research each row needs. Plenty of clients have their own sales team and only need the list.

Not if it is done properly, which is why authentication, gradual warm-up and sane volumes are part of the work rather than optional extras. For higher volumes I will usually recommend a separate sending domain so your main one is never at risk.

You or your team, in most cases — you know your product and you can answer the follow-up question. I build the list, write the scripts and handle the email side. If you want calling handled too, that is a separate conversation.
