Marketing Wala provides custom technical and marketing execution services based on project scope discussed with each client.
Fees, milestones, and maintenance terms are defined per project. Work begins after confirmed agreement and payment terms.
Ownership transfer and usage rights are determined in writing per project after agreed payments are completed.
Some solutions depend on third-party platforms (for example hosting, ad platforms, APIs). Their outages or policy changes are outside our direct control.
Marketing Wala is not liable for indirect losses, platform restrictions, or business outcomes beyond agreed execution scope.
Revision windows and termination terms are defined per agreement. Completed work up to termination remains billable.
